The Utterly Incredible Yemenite Jews 836 BCE – Today

The Yemenite Jews are a central pillar of evidence, I have included them as two posts. The length and detail of this section are justified by the extraordinary and scarcely-believable facts and the irrefutable specific evidence they provide for our case.

Compared to the Yemenite Jews, we Ashkenazi Jews are but sad, pale ghosts. Lost and wandering in Europe for 2000 years. These astounding and again – truly authentic Jews always claimed to have arrived in their homeland in the far, far distant past – in the reign of King Solomon – nearly 2800 years ago – and they took the scrolls of the Torah we read today with them.

Dismissing Claims of Yemenite Jews by Experts

But this was dismissed as another Jewish lie because it is 500 years too early, being at least five or six centuries before, according to all the Christian “experts”, the Torah was invented and patched together by various authors. You begin to understand why the Yemenite Jews had to remain hidden – if not eradicated – when they were ‘re-discovered’ by the world in 1950. They were an embarrassing contradiction to Christian academia and secular Zionism!

Yemenite Jews Use the Authentic Oral Law

Further, of course, even worse, the Yemenite Jews claimed not only to have had, 2700 years ago, the (as-yet-unwritten) Written Torah but also to have meticulously followed all the (as-yet-unwritten)innumerable customs and (as-yet-unwritten) practices unique to and spoken about only in the Jewish Oral Law – 1200 years before this existed in a written form. It was, you will remember, eventually written down and called ‘The Talmud’ – or, sorry, ‘Fabricated by those Rabbis in Babylon’.

So this group, presumably through telepathy, just by chance, can be proven to have followed the non-existent Oral Law whilst it was still entirely oral – for over a millennium!

Those Yemenite Jews sure had good crystal balls or knew how to make up just the right myths! Yet even so, only magic could have helped them concoct and follow all those thousands of details which were to be written down only 1200 years later. Further, they accepted nothing from Babylon even when they received news of the Babylonian Exile.

As you will learn they had no knowledge of the new-fangled (circa 200 CE) written Talmud until 2000 years later and never studied it. But they followed its contents because they just lived it – as we all did during the first 1500 years following Sinai. This is quintessential proof that we have had and kept the Oral Torah at least since Solomon’s reign in 840 BCE.

By now every claim that I make has been scientifically proven. Yes, yes, have some patience!!

The Authenticity of Yemenite Jewish Torah Scrolls

They indeed had with them, on scrolls of parchment, the whole written Torah – word for word, letter for letter. These had been written in the reign of Solomon in proto-Hebrew Ivri in the time honoured way. As discussed earlier, only one single letter – of the over 304,805 letters in the Torah – is different from our scrolls and this is a widely known and discussed variation. The silent letter ‘aleph’ is replaced by the silent letter ‘hey’, so there is no change in sound or meaning. A single silent vowel letter is omitted on eight occasions, making absolutely no difference – like in ‘color’ [the false colonists’ spelling] and ‘colour’ [the correct, entirely British spelling, Old Chap.].

Like the Dead Sea scrolls, they prove your authentic textual heritage to the letter – over a span of 2800 years! This is utterly astonishing and completely unparalleled in all other religions or any ancient texts.

Impossibility of Inventing the Oral Law Minutiae

Now how could anyone simply invent tens of thousands of minutiae explaining and augmenting the simple telegram-like text of the Torah and impose these across the scattered Jewish communities. All the local leaders would have objected to any changes. And these contain the most basic and essential laws concerning daily life – how – precisely to carry out the Torah Laws. It is palpably obvious that these originated at the same time as the Torah.

In other words, the Yemenite Jews defiantly prove your ancient heritage and demolish others’ ignorant, pseudo-scholarly claims and nonsensical theses in a stroke.

Proving Yemenite Jewish Antiquity and Oral Law Practices

However, first, we really must prove their antiquity – for this and their always having the entire Torah and Oral Law – lies at the heart of this book.

Secondly, we need to scrutinise their numerous Oral Law practices to compare them to those set down in the Talmud over a millennium later. They absolutely did not hear about them from odd people dropping in on a camel and suddenly incorporating them. They proudly rejected any outside influence – Jewish or non-Jewish.

To this day many Yemenite Jews follow customs dating back over two millennia and minutely differently from other Jews. Differences and their reasons are all fully documented. This is because very often the Oral Law mentions several ways of doing something and, across the Diaspora, different Rabbis chose slightly different rulings for their communities. These are always in intricacies and absolutely do not suggest a haphazard accretion ‘showing that Judaism is a mass of invented local customs’, as ignorant cynics love to claim.

DNA Studies Confirming Yemenite Jewish Pedigree

As to the Yemenites’ impeccable pedigree and beginnings, may I quote the most recent non-Jewish DNA studies which have been quietly ignored because of their implications. The comfortable myth was that the Yemenites were from migrations of Jews who had converted local women and men. This occurred over the past 2000 years – being conveniently after the secular dating of the Torah and the Talmud. Being isolated in Yemen accounted for their distinctive nature and their religious activities.

The secular and gentile researchers were therefore utterly gutted by their own results:

The observations for the Yemenite Jews are even more surprising. Like the Ethiopian Jews, this population was founded more than 2,000 years ago and was thought to be mostly of local proselytes, which is reflected in the distinctive clustering of the population away from other Jewish groups and the mostly Middle Eastern ancestry present in this group.[i.e. they were presumed not to have mixed with other Jews but intermarried only with non-Jews;]

However, the observation of comparable FST and IBD sharing with other Jewish communities implies significant common Jewish founders in the absence of more recent genetic flow into the community. [i.e. they had not mixed with local non-Jews nor even with any other Jews.]

Thus, against the odds, Yemenite Jews comprised a pure genetic pool separate from other Jewish and non-Jewish groups for over 2000 years. This would have been bad news in itself. But another research program has had fatal results for the secular and Christian ‘experts’.

Findings from the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences

Here are, verbatim, the recent, if cautious, words of – no less – the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America:-

‘The most parsimonious explanation for the presence of these haplotypes in the [recently-tested, immigrant Israeli Yemenite] Jewish population is some degree of gene flow from the Middle East (and possibly Europe or HOA (Horn of Africa) for HV1) into the Yemenite Jewish population, which is consistent with the first theory that migrants from [800 BCE Ancient] Israel may have contributed to … this population.’

In other words, all the Israeli Yemenite Jewish immigrants uniquely had DNA which dated back to initiating ancestors from King Solomon’s reign. Quite ridiculously, for a serious scientific paper, they continue, even though secular and non-Jewish:

This theory is also supported by oral and Biblical traditions, which attest to emigrations as far back as the time of Moses (second millennium BCE) (Ben-Zvi 1957) to the first and second exiles of Jewish people, (Ahroni 1986) from the Kingdom of Israel … molecular genetic data support descent from ancient Israeli exiles due to haplotypes shared with other Jewish populations (as seen in the Y chromosome) in addition to shared East African and more generalized Middle Eastern ancestry (supported by both mtDNA and Y) ….’

Perhaps It’s The National Rabbinic Academy?

How dare they use that Book – a concocted mass of folk fantasy drawn from blood-thirsty Canaanite mythology and hijacked by cunning, power-hungry Rabbis and written only about 500 – 300 BCE – as support!?? And who is this mythical figure Moses? This is the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America! I was sure there was something suspicious here.

Perhaps this National Academy was a spoof and was really a creationist recidivist enclave mocked by the world! Maybe it was funded by Cohen, Cohen and Cohen Estates. Perhaps Dr Spock ….. But no. No way! It is part and parcel of the WASP establish with a pink bow on top. Its building is facing the State Department and next to the Federal Reserve. You do not get better than that. Just go next door for a loan.

One tenth of its members hold a Nobel Prize. Talk about brains! And it was not started by Jews – Abraham Lincoln founded it – (yes, he is called Abe; and had a beard but … ) nor is it infested by them – only about 5 of the past presidents have even vaguely Jewish names. In fact, such a small percentage suggests a strongly pre-1960 Ivy League approach.

So we see that when faced with the Yemenite Jews even the greatest bow their heads in awe. But even worse is to come:

How Unique is The Yemenite Jew’s DNA?

Our mitochondrial DNA study of Jewish populations in the Horn of Africa and Arabia sheds light on the history of two religiously-defined groups formed relatively recently [post 10th century BCE] in these geographic regions. We found no identical haplo-types shared between Yemenite and Ethiopian Jewish populations despite their geographical proximity…Our data on Yemenite Jews [i.e. of purity, lack of conversions, ancient, unbroken genetic lines and no inter-marriage between these and other Jews] suggest possible maternal descent from ancient Israeli exiles, and also demonstrate shared [pre 10th century BCE] African and Middle Eastern ancestry with little evidence for large-scale’ …[intermarriage with other Jews or non-Jews.]

Again, in other words, the Yemenite Jews have a unique pure DNA lineage, exceptionally on both the male and vitally the female side, going back to King Solomon’s era. All the theories about their being relatively recent immigrants from groups drifting around Africa and Arabia is wrong. They had scarcely mixed over 2500 years even with other Jews, including any Eastern African coastal traders and temporary inhabitants.

Implications for Jewish Practices and Biblical Criticism

If the Yemenite Jews are thus proven to go back to King Solomon, it seems reasonable to say that their Jewish practices also date from his period and the First Temple. They had the written Torah and literally ‘oral’ Oral Law, as it was followed from Sinai until the time of King Solomon. There can be no question. There can be no other explanation. They would never have simply adopted new Jewish customs brought to them by traders and travelers. Even Maimonides could not change them. He even adopted their prayer book.

When they left the Holy Land and began their 3000 years long sojourn in Yemen, they just continued that which they knew from home. Think about it – they lived a life of Torah observance using a written Torah and its oral explanations a full 1500 years before the prejudiced and ignorant Christian ‘experts’ date the ‘compilation’ of that very Torah and ‘rabbinical additions’.

Like the Samaritans’ widely-published rejection of specific laws 2500 years ago, the Yemenites’ adherence from that era to thousands of minutiae proves that the ‘non-existent’ Torah and a ‘non-existent’ Oral Law simply had to have existed. The Yemenites’ proof is either magic or absolutely irrefutable. And this is the ‘most parsimonious explanation’. Without over-stating the case, it is impossible to impose

or invent, unless, the same Israeli Mafia who bribed the Samaritans, got at the Yemenites.

‘Well, Wellhausen?’ You can well imagine the embarrassment with which these results were published. They turn centuries of academic certainty into nonsense. So, again, the establishment hissed ‘Ssssh, don’t tell anyone’ because they utterly destroyed Biblical Criticism and Wellhausen’s insane Hypothesis.

The Suppression of Yemenite Jewish History

That is why you have never heard these details about the Yemenites. They are allowed to be an exotic Israeli Tourist attraction but all we see are aristocratic features, picturesque clothing, exquisite jewellery and glassware, long ear locks and antelope horn ‘shofars’. This only authentic link to your distant past has been reduced to a few museum specimens – the survivors of a quiet little spiritual holocaust about which you will learn below. This commercialised remnant was secular Zionism’s bloodless parallel to Germany’s ‘Museum of an Extinct Race’ which was meant to allow the world to learn about us after we all had been physically liquidated.

After all, the Israelis and the Plastic Jewish establishment could not stomach the Yemenites. They shredded their entire world by simply existing. They had to be annihilated – and they were. And the secularists were much more effective than the Germans. After all, Yemenites were another anti-Zionist conspiracy which must be suppressed because they proved orthodoxy was the key to survival not nationalism. Further, the Israeli experts ‘knew’ that the Torah was a gradually-composed scam written 500 years after – after – the Yemenites left the Holy Land carrying scrolls of the Torah.

We are back to time travel as the only possible support for the sad Biblical Critics, the sadder derisory Documentary Hypothesis and the saddest Israeli minimalists. All these poor fantasists must rely on Dr Who again. To be generous, I suppose ‘Star Wars’ or any widely-believed science fiction, would be equally evidentially helpful. We could launch a ‘Spock’s Documentary Hypothesis’ with a translation from Vulcanian and a free bottle of Vulcan Brandy.

Historical Context of the Migration of Yemenite Jews

Back to reality: the Yemenites’ tradition insists that they arrived some years before the construction of the First Temple to buy gold for it. This would have been about 835 BCE. Some families traced their presence in Yemen even earlier, as far back as 1000 BCE, the era of theJudges. Historically these would have been early merchants and below we see that their emigration as trade missions to Yemen is perfectly likely in predating the Later Kings, the Maccabees, Babylon, the Second Temple and the Talmud. Now these were Jewish sources, so they were easily dismissed as part of the Protocols of Zion. But, tragically, the above DNA tests forced the world to be politically-correct enough to take note of these credentials.

But how could this tale be credible in the historical context? First, why Yemen? Well, we must travel the trade routes of the ancient world for an answer. Yemen’s main port, Aden, was an intercontinental center for trade – 3000 years ago. Billions of Late Bronze Age dollars’ worth of precious merchandise went through Aden from the entire known world.

This was the main sea port serving the whole of Indo-China and South-East Asia, the east coast of Africa and the wider Pacific basin. The Chinese silk roads, spice, cloth, gold, silver, diamonds, gems, ivory, timber, furs and perfume routes – all disgorged their bounty at Aden. Trading vessels plied the seas constantly, laden with cargoes worth millions and daily pulled into Aden. From Aden most traffic would continue on lighter vessels up the Red Sea towards the hungry European markets. The extent of trade is staggering to our eyes only because we see the Ancient world as primitive.

Jewish Trade Networks in the Ancient World

And who would be anxiously waiting on the dockside at Aden? There is no question, from non-Jewish sources, that Jews traded around the entire world. Specifically, Solomon traded with Tyre and Tyre linked the Mediterranean to both the Far East and East Africa by land routes constantly bustling with traffic. These took thousands of caravans either along the Tigris south and on to India, or in the other direction – west along the Mediterranean ‘Sea Road and on to the Nile Delta – Alexandria. This was Aden’s northern partner. Here goods were gathered and dispersed, bought and sold and sent south to Aden. And from there, Jewish traders literally went to the furthest limits of travel. Jewish traces at this time can be found in the strangest of places, thousands of miles apart – from West Africa to the heart of the Far East.

For example, walrus tusks, of all things, would travel from the Arctic, thousands of miles south to Kaifeng to be exquisitely-carved and then travel via Aden back again thousands of miles north as gifts for royalty. The Chinese had been making flutes from walrus tusks as early as 1200 BCE and over the centuries, a remarkable skill developed of intricate, multi-layered carving. Kaifeng was a world center. Kaifeng carved tusks have been found in burial mounds bordering the North Atlantic, where perhaps that very walrus had been caught! A merchant could make his life’s fortune by making one trip to Kaifeng and back – although it is about 5000 miles from Kaifeng to Aden as the Bronze Age crow flies.

And so successful were these far flung trading centers that many had traders’ synagogues – rather like Shanghai or Hong Kong today. Kaifeng still has its famous synagogue steles and these are an excellent tourist attraction.

Establishment and Isolation of Yemenite Jewish Communities

Thus it is obvious that Aden would attract and hold a Jewish presence. It is reasonable to suggest that 7th century BCE Hebrew traders who settled in Aden had the Torah with them. That community always had two elements – the transient traders and the poorer and more conservative denizens serving their needs. The latter, a thousand years later under the Islamic sword, fled conversion or death and hid in utterly isolated communities in the mountains with their original Torah, Oral Law and holy books. They remained there – out of contact for centuries. Today’s Yemenite Jews are their ancestors.

These authentic, original aristocrats of our nation, hidden from any scrutiny in the main, survived unchanged, perfectly intact for, yes, up to 2800 years. This was until their tragic holocaust in the 1950s of which you will learn below. Their ancient communities stayed pristine in isolation. The ancient practices they inherited stayed pristine in isolation. Their ancient wisdom stayed pristine in isolation. Even their DNA stayed pristine as proven. As we have said, they had only the original Torah – as found at Qumran – but nothing relating to Babylonia – such as the Book of Esther or the Talmud.

Maimonides’ Influence and Yemenite Jewish Traditions

In the 13th century, famously, Maimonides consoled and advised them in facing the sword of Islam and he honoured their time honoured practices. This was really their re-appearance on the world stage. Maimonides realised that their existence and laws confirmed the antiquity and accuracy of the Talmud. He intervened on their behalf by appealing to Saladin, the warrior-king, who was a loyal patient of the famous doctor, Maimonides. Saladin destroyed the Yemenite anti-Semites and thus saved the Jews. To this day, the Yemenites follow Maimonides’ ‘Mishna Torah’. This is his 12th century compilation of Jewish Law and whilst it generally reflects their ancient practices, atypically the Yemenites adopted his rulings concerning certain fine details and added them to their own traditions.

Consistency of the Written Torah in Yemenite Jewish History

As to the Written Torah itself, they studied and knew it by heart, from the time of Solomon until 1950, with no change whatsoever. Some of their Torah scrolls were 500 years old when they were ‘saved’ and transported to Israel in 1950. They had copied those from others equally ancient – and those from others. When did they ‘make up’ their Torah? Why was it identical with ours? Why was it identical, except for well-known points, with that of the Samarian sect, who claim an even earlier lineage?

It is ridiculous and unintelligent to pretend that the Yemenite community somehow arrived there, settled, then nipped back every now and again to see if anyone had made up the Torah scam yet; and also did the same for the Oral Law. Then, because it looked good, and was an absolute bargain, they bought two scrolls for the price of one and started chomping unleavened bread and sleeping all Saturday afternoon. No, not a likely scenario.

The Torah was not written after they left Solomon’s Land and then emailed to them; nor was the Oral Law.

Yemenite Jews’ Independence and Orthodox Heritage

Yes, of course they observed much from their occasional contacts with other communities but the fiercely independent and suspicious Yemenites would not have accepted any strange new-fangled laws contradicting or unrelated to their ancient traditions. They had the Torah and Oral Law from the first. Certainly they knew of other Jews and were interested in authentic matters, but they were anything but a group of abandoned remnants, hungry for contact and eager for every crumb of information.

They had actually provided the country’s Himyarite royal family from c 450 – 525 CE, renowned warriors and leaders, brilliant scholars, skilled artists and artisans without equal and the wealthiest in the land. They are an undiluted aristocracy stretching back millennia and throughout absolutely unbending orthodox Jews compromising on nothing.

We must stand in silent admiration. But where are they now? You have a gut-wrenching shock awaiting you in the next post!
