At the time of Rome’s conversion of the Land of Israel into a massive concentration camp for two centuries, numerous small messianic groups arose and disappeared. One appears to have been a sect which established a community or hid in caves at Qumran at the northern end of the Dead Sea. There they secreted all the holy texts they could gather. Whether this was a library or a last ditch attempt to preserve them is debatable.
But these scrolls destroyed centuries of nonsense from gentile “experts” and vindicated absolutely every word of our Talmud and Tradition. We have from this black era, ocular, scientific proof that Real Judaism’s account – the Torah – is perfectly accurate and has been pristine for 2500 years!
Composition and Age of the Dead Sea Scrolls
The Dead Sea (Qumran) Scrolls comprise nearly 1000 scrolls or fragments. Some of which are up to 2500 years old and all at least 2000 years old. They represent, in essence, perfect reproductions of the whole Jewish scriptures – except (The Book of) Esther which is quoted. Yes, perfect to the letter with only miniscule or obvious differences such as, for example, interpolating Midrashic material into the verses of Genesis or the obvious addition of two passages with the Qumran sect’s preoccupations. There is not one contradiction and they also prove the antiquity of the Midrash – compilations of lore and law in metaphorical form.
Discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls
An Arab shepherd boy discovered some large pottery amphoras which turned out to contain ancient scrolls written in proto-Hebrew (Ivri) and Hebrew (Ashuris) letters. These were soon looted and sold on the black markets. When experts discovered them, half had been sold, but many were tracked down. After much skulduggery, many original scrolls were acquired by the Vatican and the Israelis. Both however trembled at the consequences of their uncensored publication. And indeed, for both ‘guardians’, the Scrolls revealed many deadly facts which have created doctrinal and political problems.
Evidence Supporting the Dead Sea Scrolls’ Veracity
Due to the vital evidence they give, I shall unusually just give you some of the sources which absolutely prove the veracity of this evidence.
Some scrolls were carbon-dated to 408 BCE according to “Dating the Scrolls on the Basis of Radiocarbon Analysis”, in ‘The Dead Sea Scrolls after Fifty Years’, edited by Flint Peter W., and Vander Kam, James C., Vol.1 (Leiden: Brill, 1998) 430–471. Further, even in the face of the 400,000 (Stet) inconsistencies in the New Testament’s 190,000 words, the ignorant ‘experts’ mockingly point to minute variations of spelling in the Dead Sea Scrolls’ millions of words! All are simply a vowel sound being spelt out in full – ‘plene’ – as opposed to the identical vowel not being actually written out but understood as the convention in all later Hebrew. For example as in ‘colour’ and ‘color’ – which changes neither sound nor meaning.
Sad efforts are of course made to exaggerate minute spelling differences and other irrelevant glitches. These actually prove our point in being de minimis and never changing the meaning.
Controversies and Concealment of the Dead Sea Scrolls
The enormous fuss about the Scrolls and their concealment has been fully exposed – but still not their full publication!? They contain material it seems which would destroy the foundations of a number of edifices – or else why cover them up. It is highly amusing to follow this trail as it simply proves what we all know, but dare not, even today whisper. Read “The Dead Sea Scrolls Deception” – Baigent and Leigh – Random House. This is just one of numerous, painstakingly-researched works proving this.
Even more hilarious reading includes “The Jesus Papyrus”,Thiele and D’Ancona: Weidenfeld & Nicolson, London, where there is an attempt to date some material from 60 CE and prove the existence of the Christian messiah. This is now rejected by Christian scholars. One must instantly state that there being a lack of evidence merely proves that there is – a lack of evidence and does not weaken the Christian faith at all. You cannot question pure faith.
Implications for Christianity and the Qumran Sect
However extremely importantly, it does establish that there is nothing even hinting at the Roman Church’s founding narrative, which must appear in documents from this period – but does not. The Qumran Cult who gathered these scrolls seem to have been a parallel messianic off-shoot form of Judaism. They were precisely in the middle of the initial stages of Christianity and yet completely ignored it.
This establishes that it was indeed only Constantine and Rome who spread the faith post 325 CE. Yet the New Testament speaks of its spread and its initiator’s fame from the very beginning. The New Testament clearly illustrates the initial spread of Christianity by its founders and early followers, and historical evidence confirms its expansion throughout the Roman Empire and beyond for centuries before Constantine. The Qumran sect must have heard of it and would have wished, perhaps, to preserve documentary evidence and save them from the pagan Romans.
The embarrassing nature of the finds and their omissions has proved a veritable nightmare. The secular Zionists wanted to dispel the ancient myths of their orthodox half-wit co-religionists. If you can get rid of all the religious baggage and especially any proof of its antiquity, you are free to lie in your own vomit outside the Tel Aviv wine bars and clubs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights – like any respectable liberal and liberated citizen of the world – and still be proud to be an Israeli!

Remember, Ben-Gurion congratulated his fellow citizens on opening the first prison in Israel with the auspicious and heart-warming words – ‘Now, we are like all the other nations’. Of course, he should have been put inside for complicity in the deaths of 8000 Yemenite children in the early 1950s. Under his direct control, the Yemenite problem was solved with German efficiency.
In 2021, the Israeli government approved a decision to “express sorrow” and compensate families, recognizing their suffering. Families whose child’s fate is unknown can receive up to NIS 200,000, while those who did not receive real-time information about their children’s death will receive NIS 150,000. A draft report from the Ministry of Health, exposed in 2021, revealed the involvement of doctors, nurses, and caregivers in taking children and acting as middlemen in adoptions, sometimes for money, driven by racist perceptions of “backward immigrants. Look it up. But, please do not judge Judaism by such ‘Jews’ as Ben Gurion.

Hiding and Suppression of Dead Sea Scrolls by the Vatican
The Dead Sea scrolls have been mostly hidden for sixty years and, now that it is all being exposed, a broad consensus of academics strongly believe that many of the Dead Sea finds have been hidden or destroyed by the Vatican. This was because their irrefutable evidence contradicted so much. A brilliant academic, sent to examine the original scrolls, John Allegro certainly claimed, almost immediately, that texts he had actually seen and studied simply disappeared as soon as he revealed that they contradicted or cast grave doubts, shall we say, on the Christian narrative.
Even the most innocuous were not made available to the public gaze for a full half century – yes, 50 years – despite all efforts to force publication, until some were dragged into the public view. This is all fact – and many of those scrolls recorded and photographed when first found have mysteriously evaporated.
Further, new discoveries of unknown scrolls, hidden for sixty years, keep on occurring. Many had been hidden – often in ancient church vaults around the globe. The Vatican hid them to protect the faith. Those secreted since 1947 have gradually come to light as their guardians – often old priests – have died – or repented. Only recently has the outside world compiled a fairly full set of photographic facsimiles. This situation is unheard of for every other significant find in the past century. What is being hidden? I think we all can guess that it must reveal some drastic truths that would be suicidal to release.
Why Suppress the Dead Sea Scrolls?
Why the stone-walling by the Vatican to this day? Who was behind the disappearance of scrolls which had been photographed? Why the demonization, harassment and public humiliation of Allegro which led to his hatred of the establishment and his academic quasi-suicide?
The scrolls proved absolutely that which the Talmud and we had claimed for 2000 years. But shhh!…
Antiquity and Preservation of the Torah
Many of the Dead Sea Scrolls were probably written well before this period, three centuries before they were hidden at Qumran in the 1st century. It is very probable that there are many such relics that no-one has found. As above, one which we do have dates to 408 BCE. They in themselves would have already been very old, well-used documents and were at that time of incredible value – for at that time a ‘book’ took a year to copy. They are irrefutable evidence that practically every word of the Torah has not changed for 2500 years. This was a staggering blow to the secular world when discovered in 1956. But with respect to our brief, the search for evidence, nobody is going to form a library of carefully-wrapped and sealed scrolls, hidden in the face of certain torture and death, if those texts are not revered.
They were concealed during the two centuries when the Land ran with blood under the Romans. There was no possibility that such a library could have been written just then. Further, many scrolls were in the ancient script of Ivri, the proto-Hebrew letters – 𐤀𐤁𐤂 – used before Ezra (350 BCE) and, yes, to this day by the Samarians. The nation’s change to using our square ‘modern’ Hebrew letters – א ב ג – at that date meant that any new religious scrolls written after 350 – 300 BCE were in today’s square script. It is therefore almost certain that even when secreted, many of the Ivri scrolls, in that semi-obsolete script, were ancient and pre-350 BCE.
Dead Sea Scrolls Prove Torah Preservation Conclusively
Obviously Bar Kochba’s letters, the messianic Qumran cult’s own texts and other material were there for more immediate political reasons. But the Torah Books and Prophets were evidently regarded at the time of hiding them as authentic, ancient and important enough to preserve. So the Torah exactly in the form – letter for letter – that we read today was written and revered well before 2500 years ago.
