We have seen that millions of rocks and bones now have been gathered by paleontologists and archaeologists.
Many refer to them as ‘embarrassing mountains of proof’.
This site and my books prove absolutely that this sheer self-deception: a subjective not an objective response.
The human brain hates not knowing an answer.
It abhors a feeling of ignorance.
We are hard-wired to deeply examine evidence and then try to achieve a complete answer.
Judaism and the Book of Job
Judaism states that this is solely to teach us to enquire and then finally realize that we cannot answer everything.
Elsewhere when, we discuss at length that most revealing biblical book – the Book of Job, we find an astonishing conclusion.
Job was tested to see whether this perfect human would rebel or prove that he would not rebel.
He did not.
However he kept insisting he wanted find out ‘why’ he was being punished.
He was not told the answer – that he was being tested at Satan’s insistence.
But finally after his entire world is destroyed and he is naked, covered with leprosy and exposed to a terrible storm, the Almighty does come to give him – and us – a crumb of reason and comfort to make our obedience and acceptance easier.
He is asked if he understands and can control the terrible ‘wind storm’ – hurricane hammering him.
Can he understand the entire physical world and it power?
He answers – hanging on for his life – ‘No.’
Can he fly like a bird, exist underwater like a fish?
‘No.’
‘If you cannot understand the physical world – how can you expect to understand My spiritual world and decisions?
You were not made or hard-wired to do this.’
And Job at last relaxes even in agony and utter destitution and utters the word ‘v’nichamti’ – and I am comforted.
The Comforting Conclusion Given to Job
The comforting conclusion uniquely given to Job is that he should not feel any personal lack at being unable to understand ultimately.
We are meant to inquire and question to the limit of our abilities.
This is to understand the world in its unfathomable cruelty and ‘meaningless horror’.
Yet this world full of enjoyment and altruistic as well as physical pleasure.
If there is no Creator then this is no problem – merely an illogical jungle.
But given our witnessing the Creator at Sinai – Jews have a problem.
He gave us the Torah and its world which is the ultimate ‘philosophical’ support for man – not merely empty stoicism.
Atheists Versus Thinking Jews
So we understand the atheists’ answers because they are based on a lack of evidence.
We are forced by our evidence at Sinai to find an alternative.
The thinking, logical Jew – given the information and his father’s testimony – is forced into working this all out.
That is how man is created.
That is why man is created.
Now this is utterly unacceptable to modern man because he is the Darwinian winner of the evolution race and must be able to understand everything.
So this answer is scoffed at by all ‘sensible’ men.
People who accept this have an idiotic, slave mentality.
I agree entirely – unless they have personal, human testimony that there is the Creator.
You may remember that this is the singular, unique claim of the Jew – through his chain of testimony in his personal family.
Blind Faith of Magic Mutation
I repeat this all here very briefly as the acceptable juristic proof of our religion to contrast the blind, pure, unproven, unevidenced faith of Magic Mutation and egregious, empty-headed, erroneous, extravagant and empty-headed evolution.
Its ‘tons of proof’ are trash – literally, and trash – judicially, and trash – scientifically.
They are merely food for conjecture.
Totally embarrassing because they judicially establish zilch.
They are no more than supposition.
Not even a lawyer like me would dare to present them.
No judge would even entertain them.
No Beneficial Mutations Found
Remember they have not found a single example of that which they insist happened billions of times – beneficial mutation.
All that they have in fact found is that the certainty that millions of extinct creatures died and were fossilised.
Well may they rest in peace – and not fill our heads with ghost stories.
Supposition Woven Around Fragmented Bones
We have proven that almost every statement concerning them is supposition woven around their fragmented bones.
Each piece of supposition is not evidence.
It is supposition.
It is the opinion of humans whose entire existence is saturated with a faith in evolution and whose very livelihoods and status depend upon evincing more and more ‘evidence’ of its truth.
Details are quoted which ‘suggest’, ‘hint to’, ‘allow one to presume’ etc. ad nauseam and ad absurdum.
This ‘evidence’ should have been examined to see if it can be explained in some other feasible way.
Are the conclusions objectively inevitable?
In the case of mutation – never.
If the scientist is convinced that evolution is ‘proven’, and his livelihood and entire existence rests on Darwinism, might he perhaps not be slightly swayed?
Circumstantial Evidence Treated as Forensic
What has happened is that we are relying on human circumstantial evidence based on the finds and treating that as if it were forensic.
Yes, the find happened and exists.
That is not supposition.
But the scam is that its imagined implications are never forensically proven.
The entire edifice is a paper hat to crown the ‘experts’.
The Essential Question on Trial
The essential question which puts evolution and paleontology on trial is whether
- a supposed conclusion is evidentially inevitable or merely one way of explaining a discovery and
- is that supposed conclusion prejudiced by the beliefs of the researcher.
A clever idea is not proof.
To date all that the researchers have provided are suppositions which have launched thousands of contradictory certainties – trumpeted and then often abandoned; universally accepted and then universally rejected.
Consensus of Opinion Is Not Proof
‘There is a consensus of opinion which it is foolish to ignore,’ is the answer.
That is not proof.
That is a consensus of opinion.
Go, research the major opinions in past fifty years in science: most are blown to smithereens by later discoveries.
Even old Issi Newton and Berti Einstein are now open to questioning in several areas – misled by incorrect evidence.
For example, without giving you hysterics, all accept that for Newton, modern science disproved the notion of “Absolute Space” and the instantaneous nature of gravity, while for Einstein, the “opinion” or theoretical requirement that General Relativity remains valid at the center of a black hole (the singularity) is now widely considered incorrect by the physics community.
The Crucial Divide Between Evidence and Proof
Forensic evidence, as we have seen, may be ‘taken as true’ because of the scientific method of producing it.
The goal of ‘scientific method’ as such is simple – to show whether, how or why something happened.
Evidence is gathered, exhaustive experiments carried out – and a scientific theory published.
Those experiments are peer-tested, repeated and tested.
Nothing is taken at face value.
It is at this point that the crucial divide between evidence and proof suddenly becomes blurred and mutation trips and lands face down in the pre-Cambrian mud.
Fossils exist.
But the mutationists forget that the experts’ conclusions are absolutely not based on any scientific method.
They amount to ‘How can we fit this one into our ‘Law of Evolution’?’
The Aetiocetus Fossil Example
An example we met is the Aetiocetus.
A sad very partial fossil with some pretty horrendous head wounds was found.
It was claimed to show that the nostrils moved to halfway up its snout.
Then it is presumed they then migrated from there to the front to the top of the head as in the blowhole of modern whales.
This had shall we say one or two problems.
Aetiocetus was a big swimmy sort of monster the appearance of which we have no true idea.
It was big and probably had the brazen over-confidence and self-righteousness of most professors of mutation.
The single smashed skull recovered originally was claimed to have had ‘nostrils half way up its snout’.
As above, these ‘proved’ that its nostrils were moving from the tip of its snout to the position of the blowhole of the whale.
This was all based on a nasal aperture in its smashed skeleton – clearly shown in numerous exhibits and photos – half way up its snout.
What does this inevitably – inevitably – prove about the position of its outer ‘fleshy’ nostrils?
Nothing!
First, you says it ever moved up or down.
Secondly, you says that it was any sort of whale?
Thirdly, where was the original fossil all this was based on?
Ah, ha.
It was a lie – a bare-faced lie.
A proven, admitted lie.
‘Friends, morons, countrymen, lend me your nostrils…. The mutationalist is an honourable man, as they are all honourable men, honourable men…’ ….Willy Shakespeare knew more about whales noses than these guys.

Blowholes in whales often are far from the hole in the skull through which the nasal passage passes.
That is that the hole in the skin from which the plume of water spouts is at the far end of a long internal nasal tube which originates yards away at the lungs.
The Bitter War Between Evolutionists and Creationists
This is at the centre of the bitter war between the ‘sensible’ evolutionists, and the outcasts – the ridiculed creationists lampooned as a lunatic fringe.
The evolutionists are described as being no better than 1940s Germans.
The creationists are depicted as jumping up and down on their flat earth and refusing to sacrifice their children to Darwin.
Both evolutionists and creationists claim they have masses of evidence – very scientific forensic evidence.
But neither side seems to pause to consider whether they are merely adducing more facts or whether those facts, even when scientifically established, actually take the debate any further.
The evolutionists croon about perfect fossils and intermediary forms.
The creationists repeat the standard arguments of the complexity of the universe and their faith that atheism must be wrong.
Yet neither presents inevitable, irrefutable evidence beyond any reasonable doubt.
Circular Debate on Fossils
So, however cogent and brilliant – the entire debate is circular.
We know that ‘facts’ are not always relevant evidence.
Evidence is not proof unless it shows the only explanation.
And vitally, conjecture based on such material is, that’s right, conjecture.
We need to establish clearly and honestly the inevitable consequences of the evidence; not what it may suggest to a rabid, one track delusionist’s mind.
We need unambiguous proof.
Yes, the fossilised, smashed and minute fragments of a bit of a little critter may suggest a bone in its ear which looks like that in a modern whale’s ear – the involucrum.
Let us presume that, despite all the doubt and rather scanty evidence, this similarity is a fact.
Well, does that prove anything – except that it had this bone?
Obviously not.
It merely allows us to wonder why.
However, all the millions of words on whale evolution are based on this ‘evidence’.
The claimed similarities really prove nothing.
Nonetheless, the Whale Evolution Tale is presented as absolutely scientifically proven fact.
This would be an anathema to Talmudic logic.
The accurate application of inevitable logic and evidence is quintessential to Talmudic study at its most basic.
Thus screaming at each other over a heap of conjecture seems a remarkable waste of breath.
The evidence is ‘reliable’ only in that it exists.
What does it prove?
Talmudic Jew as Puzzled Spectator
So, between the two camps, the Talmudic Jew again looks on, a spectator at some insane tennis match.
Dinosaur skulls, hip-bones and trilobites are batted from one side to the other.
The crowd roars as a momentous ‘find’ for evolution is torn bone from bone, after a minor slip of a billion years in dating is admitted.
They then shriek hysterically as potassium-argon radiometric dating is shown to be perfectly consistent with dendrochronological dating – the rings on fossil trees.
Then booing and hissing take over as the indicative ‘fossil’ trees turn out to be modern ones that slid into the sediment in a landslide only a hundred years ago etc. etc. – All these gaffes actually have happened, as you have read.
As we watch, turning our heads this way then that, we begin to get the idea of how the game is played – but still simply cannot fathom out why.
Then it clicks.
They both think their evidence is not merely evidence but that it is that very different beast – conclusive proof – and for one ridiculous reason – it is exists.
Test for Evidence
Our test for evidence – whether scientific or human evidence – is that it must remain classified as only evidence – and then be inspected as to whether there is any other reasonable and plausible way of explaining it.
Only otherwise inexplicable evidence can move a theory into the realms of a proven fact.
The quintessential phrase is ‘otherwise inexplicable or inevitable’.
This Talmudic insistence is applied, as proven in Book One, to our religion’s origins.
Others rely on pure faith – including atheists and mutationalists.
If a scientist invents a brilliant theory, this shows only that he has a brilliant mind and imagination.
It says nothing of the veracity of the theory.
It may well be the best explanation yet – but it remains unproven.
If he produces masses of evidence that can be explained some other way, we are very interested but must remain open-minded – one is left with only a theory.
Judicial minds ignore even brilliant conjecture.
We have proven others rely on faith.
Mutation Rhetoric Is Empty Speculation
Thus most of the mutation rhetoric is empty speculation.
It is not worth dismissing point by point because it is a matter of faith.
These sad people have absolute faith.
This is why I have concentrated only on the unassailable proof against evolution based on its impossibility mathematically, its impossibility in terms of the Laws of Probability, its impossibility in terms of the Law of Entropy, its impossibility in terms of there not being one single example of a benign mutation, its impossibility in terms of no single case of a ‘partial’ and useful mutating part.
Yes, indeed, the Universe’s wonders prove nothing judicially except that we cannot explain them.
This is why Book One had to prove, step by step – cynically scrutinizing inevitable evidence – the absolute probity of Real Judaism.
There is no ‘faith’.
We together established that it is irrefutably endorsed by secular archaeology, secular history, secular records of the Yemenite Jews and non-Jewish Samarians and, indeed, the inscrutable Law of Probability.
It is, uniquely, absolutely beyond any reasonable doubt.
In contrast, what inevitable evidence exists to persuade a judge and jury of mutation’s veracity?
Zilch!!
